Well here is a meal plan that change my whole eating lifestyle and gave me the energy that will sustain me though out the day....
GOLDEN RULE: In order to lose weight you must keep the furnace in your body on full in order to burn fat......So it is not that you eat, it is what you eat that determines if you lose or gain weight.
Breakfast: This is the first meal of the day. This is when your metabolism is at it's highest this is a meal that is important to keep your appetite level so you won't get to hunger and over eat.....
Lunch: This is the meal that will bridge the gap for the rest of the day enjoy yourself and choose food that won't put you to sleep, so eat light, and eat for energy.....
Dinner: The last meal of the day, choose wisely because this is the meal that will lay in your stomach the longest and determine if you will have the energy to work out the next day......
IF YOU EAT ONLY THE FOODS THAT IS ON THIS LIST: YOU WILL SEE INCREDIBLE RESULTS IN JUST A MATTER OF WEEKS......
Proteins Carbohydrates
- skinless chicken 1. brown rice
- fish 2. oatmeal
- tuna ( in spring water) 3. Sweet potatoes
- chicken ( in spring water)
- Bean (fresh) all types
- All fresh vegetables (steamed 1. Banana's only
Dairy Beverages
- Plain Yogurt 1. water
- skim, 1%, or 2% milk 2. Black coffee
- Egg prepared any way(without yolk) 3. Tea with honey (only)
- protein bar
- nut (almond, pecans,walnuts,peanuts) no salt
- plain yogurt
- Protein shake(made wit water or low fat milk)
Sticking to this type of meal plan requires a lot of discipline......but if you are serious this can work for you......
Tips for success:
- for a little seasoning use Lemon Pepper
- for a little sweetener use some Apple Sauce
- At the end of each week treat yourself to something that you really want to eat as a reward for a job well done. Then get back to your meal plan!
- On this meal plan you can eat as much as you want all day long......just try to get all food groups in everyday......Good Luck!!!!!
