When I know it's time to workout again

Let's just be honest. Staying in shape is hard work. There is no sense in arguing with the fact. It takes a lot of effort to work out and stay committed to it. It is so much easier to allow laziness to whisk us away like Calgon. How simple life would be then? Well if that's what you want from life then so be it. But if you are like me, I've never done anything easy. With that said I am not such a die heart that I can go months without working out. Even though I am a certified trainer. I do understand the rewards of working out, so that's why I'm at it again. My birthday is coming up and I wanna get this smoke train back to moving. I can always tell when it has gotten serious with my body. My tell-tell sign is when my body starts to ache and pain. Yep, that might sound weird but it's true. When I'm waking up with pain, or my knee starts hurting, or my back starts stiffing up or cracking when I move. I know the time has come to start Movin My Azz-etts. I start a little bit at a time. I haven't worked out in over a year. So right now I'm starting with 10 minutes of yoga. Then I do 7 minutes of a workout 3 times a week. My goal is to get up to 30 minutes a day or at least 4 times a week. I want to start running again by the end of September....Woohoo for me.

Let Get Ready for a New Lifestyle Season

Well, this is approaching the end of the third month in the new year. A new season is upon us, have you made plans to start to take control of your life once again? We won't be having any excuse for not getting out there and getting some physical exercise in your life.
The biggest hurdle is getting started. This is where I come in and try and assist you. First things first, Have you made up your mind that your gonna be like Nike and "Just Do It"? That is a popular saying but it is more than a slogan it is a call to action right now.
So if we have covered this hurdle the rest is downhill. There is no help in the world if you don't want it.
Second, you do understand that this is hard work, but you can make it as exciting and obtainable as possible, and we all know that hard work pays off in the end.
Last but not least, In this exercise the only competition is Yourself, this will be an exploration in "Self Love". this will be your end goal. Becoming fit, trim, & healthy will be the side effects of your efforts of "Self Love" & "Self Care".

D. That "D" stands for Determination. I am an advocate of learning to Love ourselves better. As women, we have been programmed to put everyone else's needs before ourselves. Just so you will know that it's ok. As we grow older we learn that it takes away from no one when we take care of ourselves. We learn that we are important also. Our hopes, dreams, health, and well being, is important too. Most of all it's important to you. But some of us have become so run down and sluggish because of our self-neglect that we may believe that it's too late. I am here to let you know that it's never too late.
